To all Prevention Partners product users:
I am sorry to share that after 18 years of work advocating for prevention policies and practices in North Carolina and beyond, Prevention Partners suspended operations as of Friday, February 17, 2017. This impacts our ability to support the following products: WorkHealthy America, Simple Steps, LearnHealthy America for Districts and Schools, Patient Quit-Tobacco System, and LeadHealthy America.
Organizations with a current license for one or more of these products will have continued access to automated features for as long as possible within the time frame of your current expiration dates. We encourage all users to record and/or share their password with other colleagues as needed to maintain access. An automated password reset process is available, but we will be unable to offer technical support for anyone who is locked out of their account. Organizational administrators can still to add new members to their account by expanding the "Team Members" section on the "Account" tab.
Going forward, Prevention Partners is unable to provide coaching or other customer support for partners and organizational license holders. We hope that organizations with current WorkHealthy America or Quit Tobacco-System awards will utilize that recognition to advocate for continued wellness policies and practices, but we are no longer able to continue confirmation calls or recognition renewals. We will continue to host our national map of wellness excellence, but it will fully not reflect reassessment data from after February 10, 2017.
We encourage you to take full advantage of all assessments and existing reports to support your continued change process. You will still be able to reassess, to get the most accurate recommendations for your organization. You can also download your organization's executive summary, along with recommendation reports, action plans, and toolbox resources for each topic area so you can utilize these tools after your account access ends.
We wish you success as you continue to address tobacco use, poor nutrition, physical inactivity, obesity and stress within your community. We know that working to create healthier places where we work, learn, and provide care can change lives.
